Effective Date: Upon acceptance of portal usage.

By accessing and using this Educational ERP Portal, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this portal.

1. Account Responsibilities
  • Users (Students, Parents, and Staff) are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
  • Any activity occurring under your account is your sole responsibility. The Institution is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your password.
  • You agree to notify the administration immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
2. Acceptable Use of the Portal

The portal must be used solely for educational and administrative purposes. Users agree NOT to:

  • Upload, share, or transmit any inappropriate, offensive, or harmful material.
  • Attempt to hack, destabilize, or bypass the security systems of the portal.
  • Record, distribute, or misuse content from E-Learning modules or Live Classes without explicit written permission from the Institution.
3. Fee Payment and Refund Policy
  • All digital fee payments made through the portal's accounting module are subject to bank/gateway processing times.
  • Fees once paid are governed by the specific refund policy of the Institution. Generally, tuition fees and admission fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise by the school management.
  • In the event of a technical error resulting in a double deduction, the excess amount will be adjusted in the next billing cycle or refunded as per institutional policy.
4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content provided on the portal, including but not limited to study materials, school logos, digital assets, and software code, are the property of the Institution or its technology partners. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

5. System Availability and Maintenance

While we strive to ensure 24/7 uptime, the Institution reserves the right to temporarily suspend portal access for regular maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen technical issues without prior notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Institution shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the portal, including data loss or connectivity issues.
